Watch CrossFit athlete Jake Marconi take the Tabata Pull-Up Challenge with (the much debated) Butterfly Pull-Ups! Jake decided to take this a step further and do Chest-to-bar Butterfly Pull-Ups. This means that rather than simply getting his chin over the bar, Jake’s chest actually touches the bar at the top of each rep.
